The collection contains materials of the All-Russian scientific conference with international participation (Vladivostok, November 24-25, 2020), devoted to the reform process in the Russian regions, as well as other states that were previously part of the USSR - Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Moldova. Articles are grouped in several directions: political transformations in the regional dimension, reforms and regional development problems, the impact of reforms on the nature of social transformations, religion and religious organizations in the socio-political and cultural space, the impact of reforms on education and youth policy.
