The dictionary includes words and stable phrases that have received a new meaning, a new stylistic coloring, reoriented to Soviet reality or updated in the language during 1985-1992. The selection was carried out from periodicals of the specified period. In some cases, grammatical litters are given. The dictionary is addressed to the widest circle of lovers of the Russian word, as well as philologists, sociologists, political scientists, journalists, translators, teachers of Russian as a foreign language.
