Evohe (or Evohe, an exclamation of Bacchic frenzy) is a collection of poetry from the celebrated Uruguayan writer Cristina Peri Rossi, appearing in this edition alongside English translations. The work was banned by the Uruguayan military leadership in 1971 due to its lesbian eroticism.
