The state of integrated performance is the ultimate stage of the evolution of the form-state, to which monarchies and republics, tyranny and democracy, racist and progressive regimes are steadily sliding. This global movement, at the very moment when it gives a new breath of national identity, in reality carries a tendency to establish a certain supranational police state, where one after another silently violates all norms of international law. For many years, wars have not been declared, moreover, an open invasion of the territory of a sovereign state today can be presented as the execution of an act of domestic jurisdiction.
