The first was created in the United States (Roosevelt Plan). His goal was the war of the USSR and Germany and the subsequent defeat of Germany by a coalition of the USA, England France. Nazi Germany prepared its own world war plan (Hitler's plan) to ensure domination in Europe and the destruction of the USSR. During the Great Patriotic War, both of these plans were thwarted.
