The biological and social evolution of human society from the point of view of the principles of political ecology is presented. A detailed study of the consequences of the collision of human communities, state, political systems with environmental problems was performed. An assessment of management decisions and their consequences, a scientific analysis of the consequences of these decisions in the competition of human communities, state systems for the limited resource of the biosphere during the entire historical period available for scientific study were carried out.
