In this book, the author sought to summarize the experience of training paratroopers-athletes both in the Central Joint Flight Technical School and in other educational organizations of DOSAAF. The issues of training a parachutist-athlete are considered only for the most complex types of parachute jumps - jumps for landing accuracy, jumps with independent calculation for landing accuracy, jumps with a delay in parachute deployment and combined jumps.
