The specifics of the professional adaptation of soldiers on conscription are considered. A model of professional adaptation of military personnel by conscription is proposed, which can be used in the practice of the work of associations, formations and military units. The monograph is intended for scientists studying the issues of professional adaptation of conscripts in military units and subunits of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, it can be useful for teachers of higher military educational institutions under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, military training centers and military departments at universities, as well as cadets and students studying in areas of training specialists for the troops of the Aerospace Forces.
