The brochure describes a technique for finding faults in a receiver using a signal indicator - a device that allows you to check the passage of a station signal along the entire receiver path. Operation of the indicator signal when faults are found in the direct gain receivers and the superheterodyne is described in sufficient detail. A description is given of the circuits and designs of three different signal indicator options: single-lamp, four-lamp and semiconductor triodes.
