The collection is based on the materials of the international conference "Scythians of the Northern Black Sea Region in the 7th-4th Centuries BC: Problems of Paleoecology, Anthropology and Archeology," held in the Moscow Region (Dedovsk) in December 1999 and dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of the outstanding Russian archaeologist, epigraphist and historian B.N. Gracov. Published 38 works belong to wrote specialists in early Iron Age archeology from Russia, Ukraine and Germany.
