The exercises presented in the manual are aimed, on the one hand, at consolidating the skills of oral and written speech, norms and rules of spelling, punctuation, and on the other, at comprehending the unique individuality of the style of writers by students. A new algorithm for systematizing didactic materials allows you to optimize the process of studying and consolidating the main sections of the Russian language, the development of students' communication abilities through systematic work with didactic units based on the heritage of the classics of Russian literature of the 19th century.
