The monograph studies symmetric and asymmetric rip currents and their rearrangement near pairs of bodies of various shapes in a wide range of Mach and Reynolds numbers. An analysis of unsteady rip currents near various bodies (sphere, end, cone), in front of which a non-rotating or rotating needle with a flat nozzle at the end (wedge, plate) is installed. The results of the study of breakaway currents in the area of interaction of a shock wave oscillating along the flow with a given frequency and amplitude (of different intensity) with the boundary layer on the plate under laminar, transient and turbulent flow modes are presented. Breakaway currents near pairs of bodies during acceleration, braking and discrete change of flow Mach numbers in pre-, trans- and supersonic modes are considered.
