The monograph provides a history of domestic standardization of electromagnetic fields of the radio frequency range of waves. Application of electromagnetic radiation in medicine for treatment of patients is considered. Application of electromagnetic fields in radio communication systems is described, in particular in mobile communication, where the main parameter of the system is quality of communication. The quality of the mobile communication system depends on the strength of the emitted signal, which is harmful to the human body when using a mobile phone for a long time.
