Sergey Ne? ldichen (1891-1942) - a peculiar poet of the first half of the 20th century, a participant in the Gumilevsky third "Workshop of Poets," one of the pioneers and theorists of the Russian verliber, actively published in the 1920s and tightly banned in 1930s. After returning to the reader of the main body of literature of the Silver Age, he remains almost the last major poet of his time, whose works have not yet been published. The present edition is the first attempt to introduce him as a poet, playwright and poetry theorist. The book includes all the poet's poems published during his lifetime and found in public and private archives, both combined by the author himself into books and cycles, and scattered, unprinted play "Phociphon," as well as selected historical, literary and theoretical articles along with excerpts from memoirs. Most texts are published for the first time.
