On May 14, 1952, Costa Rican Ambassador Teodoro B. Castro presented his credentials to the President of Italy. Concurrently, the ambassador represented Costa Rica under the papal throne in the Vatican and in Yugoslavia. In 1957, the same person under the pseudonym "Lavretsky" published his first scientific monograph "Vatican: Religion, Finance and Politics." So, as you can see, Joseph Romualdovich Grigulevich (Juozas Grigulyavichus, aka Teodoro B. Castro, Lavretsky, Arthur, Max, Miguel, Yuzik, Padre, Felipe, 1913-1988) knew firsthand.
