A major study by N.Ya. Bichurin is devoted to reflecting the history of the nomadic tribes of Central Asia from antiquity to the Middle Ages. The stories of the Hunnu, Turk, Jurchen, Uyghur, Mongol tribes, their relationship with the Chinese Empire are considered. Chinese annals were analyzed in detail.
