The book contains the journalistic heritage of A.I. Kuprin - essays, articles, feuilletons, interviews, as well as stories and memoirs written by him in exile in the 1920-1930s, especially for periodicals of the Russian diaspora. All the works of this period are permeated with the irreconcilable anti-Bolshevik pathos of Kuprin, an officer, writer, journalist who intensely followed the chronicle of political life in Soviet Russia.
