The monograph is devoted to the finds of late Hellenistic, Roman and provincial imported objects in the Sarmatian burials of the Northern Black Sea Region of the 2nd century BC e. - IV century AD e. Imported weapons, brooches, mirrors, buckles, metal and glassware, jewelry, amphoras and other categories of products are investigated. A typology of finds and their dating in an archaeological context are proposed, European parallels and analogues from the Sarmatian burials of Eurasia are given. Based on the study of imported products, the dynamics of their receipt by Sarmatians in the form of "waves" associated with certain historical events was reconstructed. A lot of space is devoted to a critical analysis of existing points of view and polemics with opponents.
