Readers are offered another collection of articles and comics prepared by employees of the Russian State Library for Youth. In the collection, we suggest looking at the culture of drawn stories from the standpoint of its social potential. A review of the comic book "Mouse" by Art Spiegelman and the work of D. Cunningham "Psychiatric Stories" will be of particular interest to social educators. An important block of materials is devoted to assessing the work of the Center for Comics and Visual Culture of the RSBM for three years of its existence.
