The textbook is a systematic presentation of the main provisions of the science of constitutional law of Russia in relation to educational purposes. It highlights the content of the main institutions of domestic constitutional law, taking into account the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, approved during the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020, current trends in the development of constitutional legislation and the problems of its implementation.
