The monograph contains a comparative study of the three political systems existing in China: the People's Republic of China, which occupies the mainland of the country; "Republic of China" in the territory of the province of Taiwan, which continues to exist as a de facto state; Hong Kong (Hong Kong), which (along with Macau - Macau) is a special administrative autonomy of the PRC. Party and representative systems of these parts of China, institutions of heads of state (regions), administrative and judicial-prosecutorial apparatus, systems for managing justice, police and national affairs have been subjected to comparative analysis.
