The book is a study of Anglo-Afghan and Russian-Afghan relations at the end of the XIX century. according to the Afghan source "Siraj at-tavarih" - the work of the official historiographer Faiz Muhammad Katib, written by order of Habibullahan, the emir of Afghanistan in 1901-1919.
