Anthology represents the legendary literary studio Magistral in several generations of its participants and close friends - departed and now living poets, writers, translators. The composition of the authors is only a small part of those who went through the Magistral school. Many of its graduates have become professional writers. The anthology serves as a figurative slice of the literary life of the Soviet Union and Russia in both quiet and most illustrious names. The book consists of three sections: "Historical "Highway" (1946-1994); "Highway" in the Tsvetaeva House (1995 - to this day); "Friends of the Studio."
