The textbook is based on the book Urban Development of Residential Development, the materials of which have been adapted, corrected and supplemented in connection with the release of new laws and documents. The most successful methods of urban development of urbanized territories are considered, creating conditions for achieving a balance of public and private interests; attracting investments and protecting the interests of the population. The book uses materials collected by the author during research work in Moscow and in foreign countries.
