The publication summarizes the elementary foundations of technical mechanics. Theoretical constructions and conclusions of formulas are given without using the apparatus of higher mathematics on the basis of a single methodological system that provides visibility and disclosure of the physical essence of the phenomena under consideration. Examples are provided on all course questions that will help students with homework.
