"History of the Art of the Peoples of the USSR" is one of the capital works containing extensive scientific research. Its goal was to summarize the material accumulated by Soviet art history as a result of studying all stages of the centuries-old development of architecture, fine and decorative art of the peoples of the Soviet Union. A large team of authors representing art history science of all union republics of the USSR participated in the creation of the "History of Art of the Peoples of the USSR."
