The manual contains tasks in chemistry that correspond to the curriculum for secondary schools, as well as the book by G.P. Homchen "Chemistry Manual for Applicants to Universities," which outlines the questions of the theoretical course. The names of the chemical elements comply with the recommendations of the National! Commission of Ukraine (NKU) on chemical terminology and nomenclature according to UPAC rules. For the convenience of using the manual, a translation table of the names of chemical elements is presented in the appendices.
