Inspirational romance set on Lookout Mountain in the aftermath of the 1863 Civil War Battle Above the Clouds Carrie and her little brother, Jay, find a wounded soldier on their land after a battle which later became known as and "The Battle Above the Clouds. and " Adam, a Union soldier, has been shot twice in the arm.
