This two-volume publication "Russian People" is the first encyclopedia of Russian ethnography in our country and the world, containing 2300 articles and about 3000 illustrations. Collected information about faith, spiritual concepts, customs, work and life, everyday life and holidays, housing and clothing of the Russian people, who created one of the spiritual civilizations of world history. The encyclopedia systematized more than 250 ethnographic sources, used materials about folk life collected by the best Russian ethnographers and experts in folk life.
