Billy really wants a dog. He's so dog crazy that he chews dog biscuits on the sly. But no matter how much he pleads, his parents won't listen. Then right before his birthday, Billy meets the dog of his dreams, a stray taken in by the local vet. Can Billy convince his parents that he's ready for a pet?
