The lecture highlights the modern possibilities of forensic medical examination in the diagnosis of acute fatal poisoning. The scheme of the research method and the principles of evaluation of the obtained data are described. The significance of laboratory methods (chemical-toxicological analysis, histological study, a number of physicochemical, biochemical, and other methods) is analyzed.
