We are now experiencing a very difficult situation: the danger of contracting coronavirus, forced isolation, a huge amount of conflicting information, all this becomes triggers for our numerous early injuries and, as a result, leads to a new split, with all the ensuing consequences: feeling helpless, dependence; loss of connection with our feelings and with our body, and this, in turn, makes us vulnerable, reduces the stability of the immune system.
