The monograph provides experimental data of modern research regarding the patterns of activity of individual neurons of the human and animal brains in behavior, in particular, when differentiating experience. Existing approaches to analyzing the activity of the brain, its individual cells and their connection with mental phenomena are compared. As a key regularity of the functioning of brain neurons, the processes of formation and implementation of the individual experience of a living organism are considered.
