Book "Apology of Culture. Three readings of Paul Ricoeur's Time and Story is an interpretation of the famous trilogy of the French philosopher. The focus of this study is the cultural issues of Ricoeur's work. "Time and Story" is analyzed in the book with the involvement of a wide context of philosophical, literary, historical works that are in the field of view of Ricoeur's trilogy or have a thematic or methodological intersection with it. The book also covers a number of little-known and untranslated works of Riker in Russian.
