This work, on the one hand, responds to inquiries regarding various aspects of the Northern Route problem, which come from various institutions and individuals, on the other hand, it gives practical workers, whether they are government officials, sailors or businessmen, the basis of factual material for considerations about the use of this direction when organizing trade between Siberia and Western Europe and America.
