The book is devoted to the study of the problem of intense stress and psychological security of the individual - two interconnected psychological constructs. At the theoretical level, the concepts of "everyday stress," "intense stress," "post-traumatic stress" are compared; determining the relationship between psychological safety and intense stress. The results of theoretical and empirical study of certain types of security - information, military, economic, social, environmental; the specificity of their impairment under the influence of everyday and intense stressors is shown.
