The book discusses the main topics of informatics necessary for the professional activities of mid-level medical workers, provides information on information technologies of medical informatics. In addition to office programs, the basic concepts of network information processing technologies with the specialized introduction of Internet technologies in medicine have been analyzed. Most of the course is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the discipline under study. Recommendations for practical exercises have been added as a separate block. For each topic, various tasks are proposed, both for performing on a computer, and for comprehending and performing in writing, in addition, individual tasks are intended for frontal work, and some for independent work.
