Historical stages of the development of local history in Belarus, types, organizational forms and methods of studying local history are considered. Local history analysis of natural and historical objects, literary sources is presented. Particular attention is paid to the life and scientific activities of researchers of the Belarusian territory. A list of sources for deeper study is proposed. Designed for students of secondary specialized education institutions studying in the specialty "Tourism and Hospitality."
