Based on the analysis of the elements of the regional tourism system (tourist resources, tourist organizations, tourist infrastructure, tourist routes) and organizational, managerial, legal and other relations between them, the processes of forming their resource support, an attempt was made to develop methodological, scientific and practical recommendations for improving resource management in this area at the regional level.
