The monograph proposes a conceptual model of the city's intelligent power supply system. A generalizing model of parameters of the mode of load nodes is given, which describes the laws of their change in conditions of uncertainty, on its basis an algorithm for analysis and synthesis of mode parameters is developed using the theory of random processes, wavelet analysis, theory of fuzzy sets. The construction of intelligent power supply systems is considered, circuit solutions for their implementation are proposed.
