This collection includes texts by the writer Peter Weil dedicated exclusively to Italy. Published in more than a hundred publications for twenty years, they are imbued with love for this country, its culture, people, cooking. Letters written to parents and friends in 1977, when Weil lived in Italy while waiting for an American visa, are first published. The publication also includes numerous photographic evidence of the writer's travels to various Italian cities.
