Archaeological excavations revealed the complex and multifaceted life of the city of Minsk, reflected through objects of material culture - tools, household items, structures created and used by ancient Minsk residents. And this is the remarkable originality of the archaeological source. Not the history of princes and their relationships, but the admiring diverse art of craftsmen who worked in conditions of feudal oppression, turmoil and arbitrariness, appeared before us.
