This book is one of the first monographs in the world literature on thermal processes in nanoscale systems. Classical and modern ideas about thermal physics of nano-objects are analyzed. Mechanisms of heat transfer in various nanostructures, methods for calculating thermal conductivity, including in nanowires and nanotubes, nanocomposites and nanofluids, are considered. Analysis of radiation heat transfer at nanoscales was carried out.
