Properties of asphalt-concrete and tar-concrete mixtures used for arrangement of pavements and bases of motor roads are considered; the processes of chemical interaction of slag materials with bitumen and tar were studied, the results of studies on the complex influence of atmospheric and climatic factors on asphalt and tar concrete using the method of mathematical planning of extreme experiments are given.
