This misunderstanding could have been just an annoying episode in the lives of both, if not for a very important circumstance: previously, the apartment belonged to the famous artist Sean Lorenz, who died because he was unable to survive the death of his son Julian. Madeline and Gaspard recreate step by step his life after Julian's disappearance and discover that a mystery is connected to the case.
