The stage of design of scientific work is an important final stage, requiring mastery of the technique of systematization and aspectification of information, as well as knowledge of the basics of scientific and literary editing. The proposed manual is an attempt to consider the process of registration of scientific work from the standpoint of modern science, systematics, computer science and documentary.
