The results of studies of correct solvability and the possibility of representing in integral form solutions to parabolic boundary value problems in the simplest situations are presented. These results underlie the well-developed general theory of linear parabolic boundary value problems, which finds important applications in the theory of partial differential equations, mathematical physics, the theory of random processes, in chemical and biological kinetics, etc.
