The training manual discusses road conditions for the operation of motor vehicles, cargo and passenger traffic, technical and operational indicators of vehicles. Methods and means of handling operations are described. Particular attention is paid to the organization of transportation of goods and passengers, operational planning and management of cargo transportation. Examples of vehicle performance calculations are given.
