Spain, 1937. The conflict between the Republic and the military dictatorship of General Franco resulted in a bloody war. Large European countries also entered the hostilities: the USSR - on the one hand, Germany and Italy - on the other. Combat officer Alexei Dontsov was asked to form a sabotage detachment and go as a volunteer to the Spanish War. Alexei has reliable fighters with whom he went through fire and water.
