Theoretical and practical foundations of geodetic measurements and topographic surveys are considered; features of geodetic survey works and as-built geodetic surveys during construction of buildings, structures, ground and underground utilities; description of optical-mechanical means of geodetic measurements, as well as modern electronic devices, innovative technologies and their application in construction is given.
